This home was inspired by the South and filled with touches of southern charm everywhere. The gas lanterns were one small piece that pushed that vintage laid-back feeling that makes you want to kick your feet up on the patio with some sweet tea. Don't mind if we do!
We're willing to bet that whoever buys this home will have many friends with this front patio. Between the sliding doors, gas lanterns, and the wood-burning fireplace, this is where the party is bound to get started.
She's tall, beautiful, and the star of the show. This concrete skim coat on the fireplace is the room's focal point, and it's easy to see why. Topped off with the reclaimed wood mantle, and let's face it, it's this fireplace's world, and we're all just living in it.
We love how classic marble is but aren't fans of the maintenance. Here we used a porcelain slab that looks like marble, and our fabricators did a beautiful job matching up all the edges and making sure the pattern flowed from the front to the sides. It's okay. You can stare.
We don't know what it is like to have a butler, but we think this space would work pretty well if we did. Complete with a beaded chandelier (why not?), the sweetest sink and dishwasher you ever did see, and of course fridge and freezer hidden in plain sight.
Our designer just can't seem to pick things right off the shelf and sourced this terra cotta floor from a vendor that reclaims it from 100-year-old Hungarian barns and farmhouses. We love that it adds a truly vintage element to the space and proves that good things only get better with time.
We love a little drama, and this master bath is serving it. From the large-scale marble look in the shower paired with a gray zellige accent wall, double shower heads, and copper tub, we're feeling very zen. Don't forget the fun layer of herringbone on the vanity wall and cabinet storage for days.
We teamed up with our friends at Generation Lighting to bring their latest collection in the house (literally), and we're obsessed. The classic silhouettes done in a fresh way ended up being the jewel of this home, and we're no strangers to a little sparkle.
Nothing says luxury quite like black and gold. This is why we chose Caviar for the paint color on the ceiling and a gold flake pendant to remind you just how fabulous you are as you come and go.
Vintage-inspired is what this home is all about, and this space was no exception. The floors were inspired by old European wallpaper paired with the handmade look tile on the shower walls, and a pop of gold makes this sweet bathroom timeless.
