Parade of Homes 2016

Every spring the Treasure Valley becomes a showcase of the most dazzling homes on the market. Alturas Homes is excited to present its fifth Parade Home this year.

The Heron

Our Parade Home features our newest floor plan, the Heron, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large entryway, extensive white oak hardwood flooring, unique metal barn doors, and brick accents.

The house has all Bosch appliances, a spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, a mudroom, and a luxurious master bath, which features a Kohler Archer K-1123 5' drop-in soaker tub. You'll love the covered patio, with its glorious view of the mountains, the spacious front porch, and the large three-car garage.

Century Farm

Our Parade Home is located in Century Farm, a budding community located in Meridian off of Eagle Road and Amity Road, just a stone's throw away from the new YMCA currently under construction. Other nearby recreational spots include Wahooz Fun Zone, Roaring Springs, the Village at Meridian, and the Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park.

Bosch Giveaway

For the Parade, Alturas is giving away a Bosch washer and dryer valued at $2,600! Visit our parade home to fill out a registration card and learn about how to increase your chances of winning.
