The 2017 Fall Parade of Homes starts this Friday and runs every weekend for three weeks. What do you need to know about the Parade? Well, we have two (yes, two!) homes this year in two different communities, each with their own style and unique attractions. The Parade of Homes is a great way to check out custom homes in Boise, Eagle and Meridian.
The 2017 Fall Parade of Homes starts September 29 and runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for three weeks from 11am - 5pm.
The dates are:
September 29 - October 1
October 6 - 8
October 13 - 15
4769 W Barnview, Boise
Our first Parade Home is a Latah, a two-story floor plan in Cartwright Ranch. Nestled in the Boise foothills, Cartwright Ranch is a new community by Hidden Springs that feature new homes in Boise and is surrounded by walking trails and close to the city.
The Latah is a 2,790 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a bonus room. It was designed with a traditional feel, featuring granite and quartz countertops, brushed oak engineered flooring and a reclaimed wood looking tile in the master bathroom. The stained kitchen island pops against the white surround cabinets while the tiled fireplace completes the look.
4897 W Piaffe
The second Parade Home is a Madison, a single level home with an upstairs bonus room. This home is in Homestead, a new community in Eagle off of Floating Feather and Linder.
The Madison beautifully mixes styles, blending together to give the home a traditional feel. Classic subway tile and white cabinets are paired with a cool grey stain on the island. Stainless steel and dark bronze finishes create a transitional look. Warm colors, solid oak floors and granite countertops pulls the look together.
