The Idaho housing market right now holds a wide variety of homes with extremely high demand. Trying to compete for a home can be frustrating. Luckily for you, Alturas has created the stress-free process for reserving a home online, without the headache of bidding wars or missed opportunities.

With the Alturas Homes "Reserve Me" option you can browse our available homes and reserve one online in just a few easy steps. Check out below how Alturas puts you in the front of the line to find a home you love!

Step 1: Find an Available Home

Our website allows you to reserve any of our move-in ready, available homes. We build in the Treasure Valley's most sought-after communities, keeping all of your needs in mind as we do so. After finding a home available for "Reserve Now," you will need to upload a valid pre-approval letter from your lender or proof of funds from your bank to proceed. Our sales team will review and approve those documents and contact you.

Step 2: Reserve Your Home

This is the step that cuts out bidding wars and missed opportunities. All that is required is a refundable $500 deposit. This deposit will be applied as a closing cost credit. If an offer is not submitted or accepted within the specified timeframe, your deposit will be refunded.

Step 3: Submit an Offer

Once your reservation is approved, we will contact you and your agent to begin the process. If you are working with an agent, please provide their contact information so that we can include them in the process of buying your new Alturas home. A member of our sales team will contact you and your agent the following business day. If you don't have an agent, we will connect you with one of our buyer’s specialists. They will contact you to begin the process.

And there you have it! Following these three simple steps will get you into a home sooner and will spare you the worries of competing in the fastest-growing market in the West.
