Homestead Parade Progress

Earlier this year, we shared a preview of our two parade homes which will debut in May. Today, we highlight the design selections in the Lemhi and share our progress.

We wanted to reflect a modern, warm, earthy look with less contrast and more mid-century inspiration when we designed this home. Here are a few design highlights to show how we did this:

• The bathroom tile is a full-height, pink blush Makoto Momoiro from Bedrosians
• The kitchen cabinets are custom stained on white oak
• The lighting is mid-century style, with fun surprises throughout the home
• We'll be thinking about the porcelain slab backsplash in the kitchen for a long time. You probably will, too.
• We are styling the office wall with a wainscot Farrow & Ball Smoked Trout.
