We started building homes in Century Farm in June 2016. Since then we have built 189 houses, over 30 different floor plans in the community. While we take great pride in all of our homes, The River Run is special because it is our very last home in Century Farm and one you do not want to miss out on. The River Run is a floor plan we started building just last year, and have loved to continue building it because of the way the intrinsic accents shine throughout the home, a good fit for Century Farm. This home is 2,439 square feet and features a covered patio, vaulted ceilings, an upstairs loft, and comfortable spaces for all to enjoy.
Great Room
We love some a good set of sliding glass doors to a covered patio, and this much light really brightens the place up! The Evoke VCC Joan hardwood floor adds some contrast to this room and gives us a smooth finish at the same time, something we really love. Thanks to the The Sherwin Willams Snowbound cathedral ceilings and walls, this room opens up really well, still leaving plenty of space for the kitchen and other surrounding rooms and really captures the light well. Moving on up to the other side of the room, the vinyl windows on both sides of the Roca White Diamond Herringbone fireplace also pour in light, bringing a sense of balance to the room that stands out.
Entry
We're all about a good entryway, so this is one we were especially excited about. The clean, simple look we get from walking in the door is pretty attractive, especially when light comes in through the door and window like this, reflecting off the Evoke VCC Joan hardwood floor and Snowbound walls. The Tuftex Madera Imperial carpet we used up the stairs definitely made a bold statement with its bright blue base, setting up a contagiously exciting mood! Kitchen
We love kitchens, especially when we can add some accents like we did here. From the gold accents in the pendant lights and the Sherwin Williams Colonnade Grey cabinets, to the Evoke VCC Joan hardwood floor and Sherwin Williams Outerspace island, everything in this space is not only unique but also pieces together nicely. This kitchen is putting on a show and we are here for it! The two-toned statement we get from the gold and blue colors is everything, making a space like this dreamy and entertaining.
Primary Bedroom
A bedroom with cozy finishes is always a priority in a space like this. The Shaw Attainable Soft Fleece is even better than it looks, providing a great surrounding feel for this room. And we can't forget all the natural light this room brings in, a must-have for this kind of room.
Primary Bathroom
We couldn't keep the gold accents in the kitchen alone, and this room did not disappoint! The Sherwin Williams Outerspace cabinets were a nice contrast against the Fez White Gloss tile backsplash, reminding us that this is the perfect kind of space to recharge and reset. The Stone Classics Place Natural flooring keeps the space light and refreshing, the kind of surrounding you imagine for a bathroom
Laundry Room
This is the perfect kind of laundry room because it's tucked away just enough to stay out of sight but has plenty of space for storage in the Sherwin Williams Colonnade Grey cabinets and the Love Affairs Petra Hex Grey flooring is durable and refined, perfect for a space like this.

About Century Farm
Century Farm is a Brighton Corp Community nestled in the growing town of Meridian, just 20 minutes west of Boise. Century Farm features two swimming pools, is located conveniently next to an elementary school and community parks for everyone to enjoy. Lot 36 Block 03 is a great place for anyone to call home, especially if you're looking for some chic accents to highlight your home.
