Written by Benji Mellish | Mar 15, 2021 12:49:11 PM

The Sapphire is a single-level home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a covered patio. This floor plan includes a bonus room and a three-car garage.

Alturas Homes finished building this home in the Fall of 2019 in Eagle, Idaho, in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead. The next Sapphire will be ready in early April 2021 to preview and buy.

Below is the Homestead Lot 33 Block 02 home designed by Lauren Smyth. Interior styling and photography by Andi Marshall.

Great Room

In this room, the Kentwood Elements Whisker hardwood floor surrounds the furniture with durability and style. We love the way the bright walls capture the natural sunlight, so the Sherwin Williams Snowbound color was a must. The El Dorado Ashland thin brick adds just the right amount of an industrial edge to this living space.

Entry

With plenty of room for a chic console table or bench, this entry is kept light and bright thanks to the side lights and Sherwin William Snowbound walls.

Kitchen

We’re all about a bright, spacious kitchen. Here we used Sherwin Williams Snowbound cabinets and a honed black granite countertop to tie into the matte black accents from Atlas Homewares IT pulls. The statement Alden pendants from Savoy House added the right amount of contrast to this bright living space.

Master Bedroom

In this bedroom, we used a raised ceiling and complementing window design to capture a ton of natural light all around the room. The light walls paired with the Tuftex Lunar After Hours in Lunar carpet contributes to the perfect start and end to your day.

Master Bathroom

The master bath was kept clean and simple with a little fun on the floor. Here we used a Terra Nero hexagon tile layout from Contempo Tile. This, paired with matte black accents from the Delta Trinsic faucet to the honed black granite and the Savoy House Drake vanity lights, is a stellar combination.

Laundry Room

In the laundry room we had fun with patterns using the Montauk Black slate in a herringbone and let the rest of the room fall into the background. The white cabinets and matte black accents leave the space feeling bright and clean.
