The Clearwater in Homestead

Written by Ryan Mitchell | May 21, 2021 2:41:54 PM

The Clearwater is a single-level home with 3 beds, 3 baths, office, and bonus room. The layout boasts a private master suite as well as an en suite bedroom, great for guests. The oversized covered patio is anchored by sliding glass doors from the master, great room, and bonus, taking full advantage of indoor/outdoor living. Vaulted ceilings with beams in every room. The center of the home features great flow, moving from the great room to the functional and elegantly designed kitchen & butler's pantry

The Clearwater is located in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead, located only 20 minutes west of Boise. The next Clearwater will be available to preview and buy-in May 2021.

Below is the Clearwater, located on Lot 26 Block 07. The interior design was completed by Lauren Smyth. Interior Styling and Photography were completed by Andi Marshall.

Great Room

This room is special not only because of all the natural light but also because of the elements opening up the space. The Sherwin Williams Snowbound walls and vaulted ceiling are complemented by the stained beams, opening up the perfect backdrop for the Sawer Chandelier we used here. The floating shelves and mantle were also the perfect addition, matched well by the Casablanca Fida Matte fireplace surround tile selection and Sherwin Williams Chatroom cabinets. The Carslborg hardwood floor was the perfect selection because of the way it matches its surroundings and shows off its sleek look.

Entry

This entry is special for a few reasons. The sliding barn door opens up to an office but also draws attention to itself with the dark, contrasting finish against the Snowbound walls and ceiling. The vaulted ceiling around the Sea Gull Diana pendant light adds the perfect amount of style that is needed in an entry.

Kitchen

Adding the sink under the window was definitely memorable. The Carslborg hardwood floor added value to this space by its natural, warm color. The Sherwin Williams Chatroom cabinets were the perfect addition because of their cooler, relaxed finish. The pendant lights really completed the relaxed look we strived for.

Master Bedroom

The Carslborg hardwood floor was definitely a unique finish, but we are obsessed with the way it captures natural light and gives a sturdy, but cozy finish perfect for a bedroom. The Snowbound walls and ceiling kept the room looking bright and airy, and all the windows provide plenty of natural light.

Master Bathroom

If serenity were ever to be described in a room, this would be it. The relaxed zen given off by the Historia Heirloom White gave us a refined and charmed look. The Chatroom cabinets kept the relaxed mood while still maintaining a bright look. The Massa Cara Matte White tiles in the shower really define the layered look this bathroom is all about.

Laundry Room

Here we used a layered Montauk Black Gauged tile set on the floor and ISL Penny Round backsplash tile to create a real moody room. This, paired with Chatroom cabinets and Snowbound walls and ceiling created an unforgettable space.
