The Clearwater XL, built by Alturas Homes, is a wonderful selection for a single-level home. The spacious plan has a large main-level bonus room, impressive, open spaces that include a dining and living area extending out to a covered patio, and plenty of room for gatherings.
Alturas Homes finished building this home in the Spring of 2021 in Eagle, Idaho, in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead, located only 30 minutes west of downtown Boise.
Below is the Clearwater XL on Lot 18 Block 11. The home is expertly designed by Lauren Smyth. The interior styling and photography was accomplished by Andi Marshall.
Great Room
In this room we used a variety of selections to bring out the complementing colors that make this home so great. Starting out with the floor, the Elements Whisker hardwood is a durable and stylish selection that would contribute value in any room. The matching stain on the floating shelves and mantle are classic against the Sherwin Williams Snowbound walls and ceiling. The ceiling beams were the perfect backdrop to the Sawer Chandelier that finishes this room.
Entry
Some of the best entries are the most simple ones, too. Here we used Sherwin Williams Iron Ore on the door, drawing attention and capturing boldness and simplicity. We were especially thrilled to add brilliance to this space with the Thea 4-Light Matte Black pendant light from Capital Lighting.
Kitchen
We will probably never get tired of a look like this. The Sherwin Williams Snowbound and Colonnade Gray on the walls and cabinets make this space light and bright. The butler's pantry, Noir Pendant Ceiling Lights, and the Cloe White backsplash tile in the 1/2 offset layout all contribute in their own ways to make this area unforgettable.
Master Bedroom
This room is all about open spaces and bright selections. The soft Phenix Warp Braid carpet is the perfect surface to start or end your day. The natural light captures the Snowbound walls' brightness and adds such a positive vibe to this room!
Master Bathroom
When you have a bathroom with this kind of tile combination, it's hard to think about anything else. From the Concrete Chic Stylish Charcoal tile floor, to the Costa Clara Ocean Drive shower wall tile layout and the Profiles Ice White Gloss, this bathroom is memorable in so many ways.
Laundry Room
The chic styles in this room certainly distract from the chores that happen. The Etnic Nero C tile flooring is definitely an exciting vibe that is matched by the Profiles Ice White Gloss countertop backsplash.
