The Harriman in Arbor is Alturas Homes' 2021 Canyon County Parade Home. The Harriman is a two-story home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a covered patio. The plan includes a bonus room, an office, and a main level master suite.
Alturas Homes finished building this home in June 2021 in the Brighton Corp Community of Arbor, located just 30 minutes west of Boise.
Below are pictures and descriptions of the Harriman, located on Lot 01 Block 11. The home was designed by Lauren Smyth. Interior styling was done by Andi Marshall, and photography was captured by Nathan Hines.
Great Room
This room is all about open spaces and cozy features. The Shaw Attainable Desert Light carpet gave us a light and comfortable finish, a look we really love in a room like this. We were so happy with how the vaulted ceiling gave an extra accent to this room, capturing plenty of natural light. The Sherwin Williams Egret White was the perfect finish for the walls and ceiling, complemented nicely by the accented fireplace.
Entry
The Evoke VCC Farrah hardwood floor in here was ideal because of its sturdy finish, complementing the Egret White surrounding walls and ceiling. We couldn't have been more pleased with how this entryway gave us plenty of options to open up the front of the house, complete with the sliding barn door and chic hallway doorway.
Kitchen
This is the kind of kitchen that dreams are made of. We were so excited to put in the sliding barn door to the pantry, and the Profiles Designer White backsplash tile provided a clean look, ideal for a kitchen like this. The Evoke VCC Farrah hardwood floor is the perfect layout surrounding the island, and the Sherwin Williams Rustic Grey cabinets gave us a nice accented feel.
Master Bathroom
From the vaulted ceiling to the Shaw Attainable Desert Light carpet, a room like this has a lot to offer. The double windows allow plenty of natural light, which pours in through the room and into the bathroom.
Master Bathroom
We had a lot of fun designing this features of this bathroom. The Alterations Woven Slate tile on the floor and surrounding the tub is a cool, relaxed look perfect for a bathroom like this. The Urban Canvas Designer Matte White backsplash tile reminds us that a space like this deserves all of the attention.
Laundry Room
A room like this is pretty memorable. The D-Segni Starlit Moun floor tile gave us a moody look, the Urban White Designer Matte White backsplash tile shows off a light, stylish finish, and the Sherwin Williams Stained Rustic Grey cabinets gave a sturdy look and completed the balance in this laundry room.
