The Juniper is a two-story home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a covered patio. The plan has a main level flex room / bonus room with an open concept.
The home is located in Nampa, Idaho in the Brighton Corp community of Arbor, about 30 minutes from downtown Boise. Alturas Homes and Brighton Homes are the two builders in the neighborhood building single-level, two-story, and alley-load homes.
