The Lemhi, a New Floor Plan in Homestead

Written by Ryan Mitchell | May 21, 2021 2:37:46 PM

Dubbed "The Gucci House" the Lemhi is a single-level home with 3 beds, 2.5 baths, an office, and a bonus room. The layout boasts a split bedroom/private Master Suite. The oversized covered patio is anchored by sliding glass doors from the great room and bonus room, taking full advantage of indoor/outdoor living. Coffered ceilings in the master, great room, and bonus room.

The Lemhi is located in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead, located only 20 minutes west of Boise. The next Lemhi will be ready in May 2021 to preview and buy.

Below is the Lemhi, located at Lot 19 Block 11, designed by Lauren Smyth. Interior styling & photography was done by Andi Marshall.

Great Room

This room is all about open spaces and complementing features. The Elements Sage hardwood floor keeps a light perspective in here and surrounds the space with style and durability. The Sherwin Williams Snowbound ceiling and walls capture natural light well and provide the perfect backdrop to the focal points of the room, the fireplace and Sherwin Williams Iron Ore cabinets.

Entry

We kept the entryway wide open and the Iron Ore doors add just the right amount of contrast we love.

Kitchen

The cool, relaxed vibe in this kitchen is something we can get used to. From the floating shelves to plenty of cabinet space, a space like this has a lot to offer. The Elements Sage hardwood floor contrasts well against the Iron Ore cabinets and would complement any dark finish. The Pendant lights with the gold accents were the perfect addition to this space and really draw attention to the middle of the kitchen. Finally, the PAMREW PM Mosaic backsplash tile adds the perfect bright look that keeps the space looking fresh.

Master Bedroom

We love a bedroom that is open, airy, and relaxing. The Snowbound walls and ceiling are a great way to capture natural light, and the coffered ceilings were the perfect backdrop to the Sea Gull Lighting Cafe chandelier. The Tuftex After Hours Ashwood carpet gives off a relaxing vibe and would sit well in any bedroom.

Master Bathroom

The contrasting colors in this room from the tiles to the cabinets gave us a moody look and we are all about it. The Contempo Koski tile floor really turned out well by complementing aspects around it, like the Snowbound walls, Marquinia Black Polished shower walls, and the Iron Ore cabinets. One of the crowned jewels in this room was the Costa Clara Sea Star Gloss full-wall vanity backsplash, contributing drama and elegance at the same time.

Laundry Room

The elements in this room all contribute in a great way to make a memorable laundry room. The Marquinia Matte Black tile floor matches well with the Roca Black backsplash tile, creating a moody feel that we love. The Stained Rustic Gray cabinets are great because of their natural color and style.
