The River Run is a two-story home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a covered patio. The plan includes a loft and a main level master suite.
Alturas Homes finished this home in the Spring of 2021 in Meridian, Idaho, in the Brighton Corp community of Century Farm, located only 20 minutes west of Boise. The next River Run will be ready in early April 2021 to preview and buy.

Great Room
In this room, the Evoke VCC Joan hardwood floor wraps around the living space with durability and contrast. The matching walls, ceiling, and trim work in Sherwin Williams Snowbound gave us the bright and airy look we love. We used a cathedral ceiling to elevate the room and love how it turned out. Finally, the offset Be In 4x8 Green Sea tile pattern surrounds the fireplace with boldness and creativity.
Entry
We kept this entry simple with Snowbound walls and ceiling. The Evoke VCC Joan hardwood floor was a great way to complement the long hallways and really opened up the space.
Kitchen
In this kitchen, we were thrilled to use a Homburg Gray cabinet finish for a relaxing feel and draw the focal point in from the plyon pendant light over the island. This, paired with the contrasting Massa Carrara 3x6 Matte White offset backsplash tile complements the surrounding cabinets. We especially enjoyed selecting the polished Feather White countertop finish to match the walls.
Master Bedroom
In this bedroom, we used one of our favorite carpet selections, Shaw Attainable Clay, to create a soft space perfect for unwinding. The Snowbound walls and ceiling combination is classic, and we especially love the horizontal sliding windows to capture the natural light.
Master Bathroom
This bathroom was especially fun because we were able to create a hexagon layout using Massa Carrara 9x10 Matte White tiles and match it with the Urban Canvas 2x8 Ice White backsplash tile. The Costa Clara 3x12 Ocean Drive straight set tiles add just the right amount of drama to the space around it.
Laundry Room
In the laundry room we enjoyed designing the offset Alterations 12x24 Woven Slate tile flooring matched with the Simple Stone Penny Bianco backsplash to create an accomplished and tidy space. The cabinets and storage shelf in Homburg Gray and Midnight Black Pendant Ceiling Light were the perfect addition to this space.
