The Sapphire with Bonus is a two-story home with three bedroom, three and a half baths, and a covered patio. The plan includes a bonus room and a main level master suite.
Alturas Homes finished building this home in the Spring of 2021 in Eagle, Idaho, in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead, located only 30 minutes west of Boise. The next Sapphire will be ready in early April 2021 to preview and buy.

Great Room
This room is all about open and elevated spaces. We love this engineered hardwood because of its natural tone and durability. From the stained floating shelves, beams and matching mantle to the coffered ceilings and the double sliding glass doors, we love the complementing colors and design.
Entry
Here we used the Kentwood Carlsborg engineered hardwood floor to open up the entryway. The long hallway draws the focal point towards the front door.
Kitchen
In this kitchen, we looked forward to combining Sherwin Williams Alabaster, Iron Ore, and Rustic Gray on the cabinets, island, and floating shelves. The Gordon Pendants from Generation Lighting over the island paired with the Bedrosians Casablanca 5x5 Fida on the backsplash is a pairing we love! It feels rustic, vintage and refined.
Master Bedroom
Here we used a Tuftex After Hours Ashwood carpet and Sherwin Williams Egret White walls and ceiling to capture a relaxing environment. The accented raised ceiling was the perfect backdrop for the Greyson Chandelier from Capital Lighting.
Master Bathroom
We'll never get tired of a good floor / backsplash combination. The Contempo Cottage Hexagon Graphite on the floor with the Fez Graphite backsplash is a pairing we adore. We added a vertical wainscot for another layer to really help this space feel finished out.
Laundry Room
In the laundry we wanted to keep the rustic and refined look going so we did a terracotta look on the floor, this particular one is from the Bedrosians Makoto line. We cooled off the warmth using white on the cabinets and matte black accents. This laundry features a honed black granite countertop, undermount sink and matte black faucet.
