The Sapphire in Homestead

The beautiful Sapphire built by Alturas Homes in Homestead is an excellent option for a single level home. This plan has a large main level bonus room with black-out ability with no windows, or has the option for opening large pocket doors exposing daylight throughout. If you're looking for a home to enjoy your outdoor space, this is the one to choose. From the living room, the large slider doors open up to the expansive covered patio great for hosting an evening get together.

Alturas Homes finished building this home in the Spring of 2021 in Eagle, Idaho, in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead, located only 30 minutes west of Boise.

Great Room

If there ever was a room that has complementing finishes, it is this room! Starting with the Elements Whisker floor, this engineered hardwood surrounds this space with durability and timeless style. The mix of Sherwin Williams Rustic Gray on the floating shelves and complementing Snowbound on the mantle and ceiling beams give this room a textured and refined look. The Sherwin Williams Egret White walls and ceiling is a selection we will never get tired of and captures natural light like a boss.

Entry

This entryway is simple and functional. The front door in Sherwin Williams Iron Ore is bold and sets up a similar mood for the rest of the house. The Egret White walls and ceiling are complemented by the Snowbound trim work and this space is championed by the Elements Whisker floor, showcasing a rustic and sturdy finish. 

Kitchen

Here we were so excited to go for a super clean look featuring Sherwin Williams Colonnade Gray on the cabinets. We love how the suede Pearl Jasmine countertop sticks out and matches the custom bleached wood Shoji White offset stove backsplash. We especially enjoyed selecting the Kate Cone Pendant light fixtures from Generation Lighting to complete the crisp look.

Master Bedroom

The lightly brushed Elements Whisker floor is a unique and memorable addition to this room. The walls and complementing raised accented ceiling in Sherwin Williams Egret White make this space the perfect backdrop for the 5 light chandelier from Capital Lighting.

Master Bathroom

We had a lot of fun designing this bathroom using a matching Shoji White Makoto tile layout on the floor and the backsplash to create just the right of drama and style. The suede countertop complements the Egret walls and ceiling give this room the necessary relaxing vibe, capped off perfectly by the 3 light vanity from Capital Lighting.

Laundry Room

From the Colonnade Gray cabinets to the Gauged Montauk Black tile flooring, this room is all about balance. The complementing black cabinet handles and Loftus single-hole pull-down faucet really make the surrounding areas pop with style.
