The Warm Springs is a two-story home built by Alturas Homes in the Brighton Corp community of Homestead. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, this floor plan is an excellent option for someone looking for well-designed spaces. The plan features a main-level master suite and vaulted ceilings throughout the home.
This home was one of two houses Alturas Homes built for the 2021 Boise Spring Parade of Homes. The home is located only 20 minutes west of downtown Boise. The next Warm Springs will be ready in early May 2021 to preview and buy.

Great Room
With all of the contrasting elements in this room, we love how it turned out. The combination of the full-height brick on the fireplace with the green cabinetry really makes this space cozy and inviting. The cathedral ceilings open up the space and allow for an abundance of natural light to pour in through the windows, and the Sherwin Williams Egret White walls capture it well. The Abode Clay Pot hardwood floor surrounds this space with durability and complements the fireplace and walls.
Entry
We kept this entryway clean and simple with Abode Clay Pot hardwood floor surrounding the space and a complementing Egret White on the walls to keep the space light.
Kitchen
We are obsessed with how this kitchen turned out. The green cabinetry mixed with the touches of gold on the faucet, light fixtures, and handles was a stunning combination. The Artezen Herringbone Elegant White Gloss backsplash tile matched perfectly with the polished Snow White countertops and island finishes.
Master Bedroom
We are all about vaulted ceilings and natural light in a bedroom. The Tuftex Wanderer Horizon carpet was a cozy selection that not only pairs well with the Egret White walls but also would look great in any bedroom. The Satin Brass Chandelier was a memorable design addition that adds light and style to this room.
Master Bathroom
There are so many reasons to love this bathroom. The UT Mosaics Matte White Satin tile floor created a fun pattern that extends throughout the bathroom and into the shower. The Midori Green shower wall tile reminds us of similar accents throughout the house and really added a nice contrast against the surrounding walls and floor. Finally, the Penny White Gloss vanity backsplash tile was a simple addition to give the bathroom a clean look we always love.
