Southern charm, inspiration and creativity brought this stunning home to life! Strolling through this fan-favorite home, time stands still as the attention to detail and laid-back aesthetic pop throughout the space, inviting anyone to feel at home. From the butler's pantry and front patio fireplace, to the chic laundry room surprises and reclaimed details around the home, it's no surprise this home quickly caught the heart of those that walked through.
Can we take a minute to stare at this slabbed hood? Need more time? Go for it. We also can't forget about the butler's pantry, a hidden treasure, playing the hero we didn't know we needed. This kitchen is stealing the show and we are here for it!
2020 Boise Fall Parade of Homes - The Cedar Bonus
This cozy home is one we still think about often. Besides the stunning location, this home had a lot for anyone to love. The great thing about this home is how anyone can make it feel like their own little place. This one had lots of little surprises, like a pendant light in the laundry room, a cozy tile fireplace surround, and a fun bonus room perfect for creating memories with loved ones.
2020 Boise Spring Parade of Homes - The Smyth
"Welcome home" is an understatement here. This home is certainly dreamy, generating immaculate vibes, regardless of the season, so we'll leave it to your imagination as to the memories you could create here. The rest of the home was even more breathtaking, thanks to our interior designer Lauren Smyth. With fall right around the corner, you will probably be spending more time inside with those who mean the most to you, either in-person or virtually. A space like this is an ideal gathering spot with the perfect accents around the room to match the season!
2019 Boise Spring Parade of Homes - The Hayden
The caption below says it all! This home in particular is one surely to be remembered because it gives you the feel of a summer cottage on the outside, with modern design on the inside. You can easily picture yourself hosting a summer BBQ or carrying on a favorite Christmas tradition as the snow piles up outside. This Cartwright Ranch beauty is one hard to forget about.
2019 Fall Parade - The Targhee
Picture this kitchen without the Colonnade Grey cabinets and pendants. We can't either! Those two aspects put on a show here, so it's not hard to imagine why this was a fan favorite a few years back. Both items still would take your friend's breath away when you invite them over for brunch, so we just had to include them in our favorite moments.
2018 Spring Parade - The Emerald
This is a space you can see yourself in. If your favorite activity is cooking, there is more than enough inspiration to learn a new recipe or even a few. If you spend enough time here sitting back and enjoying time with your friends and family, it won't be long before people are asking how you landed a stay at the Hamptons. This place certainly could carry her own in Long Island. From the dreamy countertop to the black pendants, this home has just the right amount of mood for the Big Apple or Treasure Valley!
